Episodes highlight successes and failures, lessons learned and how to find strength to break barriers and find success (as they choose to define it) while changing the world, one step at a time.

As an Executive Producer I led and managed every aspect of production from ideation to promotion managing creative teams, developing content strategy and implementing an email outreach campaign that achieved a 75% response rate.

Among other trailblazing women, Kate interviewed senior advisor to Secretary Hillary Clinton and presidential debate prep specialist Karen Dunn (interview below). Kate also interviewed Kate Stoltz an acclaimed New York fashion designer and model who was featured on reality shows “Breaking Amish, “Breaking Amish: Brave New World,” and “Return to Amish.” (Interview below)
